Raspberry Compound Chips are a vegetable-fat-based, pink, raspberry-flavoured compound product in chip form. They suit tarts, donuts, waffles, macarons, profiteroles, parfaits and similar pastries. The chip form offers practical portioning, even distribution, melting and decoration.
Contains MILK. The allergenic ingredient is clearly emphasised in the ingredients list. Contains Ponceau 4R (E124), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
