Raspberry Compound Vermicelli is based on vegetable fat and milk ingredients, with fine strands, pink colour and raspberry flavour. It suits pavlova, berliners, tiramisu, panna cotta, trifle, soufflés and similar pastry and decoration applications. Its fine shape gives even surface distribution, decorative appearance and practical use.
Contains MILK. Contains Ponceau 4R (E124), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
