Dark Compound Vermicelli is a vegetable-fat- and cocoa-based compound product in fine vermicelli form with a dark cocoa flavour. It suits decoration, coating and surface applications on Swiss rolls, truffles, éclairs, layer cakes, donuts, ice cream and similar pastries. The fine form gives even surface distribution, decorative appearance and practical application.
