Ivory Compound Vermicelli is based on vegetable fat and milk ingredients, with fine strands, a light ivory colour and mild milky flavour. It suits decoration, coating and surface applications for cheesecake, tarts, profiteroles, macarons, cake pops, mousse and similar pastries. The fine form gives even surface distribution, decorative appearance and practical use.
