Ivory Compound Drops are a vegetable-fat-based compound product in drop form, with a light ivory colour and mild flavour. They suit strawberry coating, cheesecake, blondies, cake pops, pralines, cupcakes and similar pastry applications. The drop form makes portioning, even distribution, melting and decoration practical.
