Lemon Blondies with Ivory Chocolate Drops

  1. Mix the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat with the vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour, corn starch and salt separately; add to the batter.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and zest, then fold in the ivory chocolate drops.
  4. Spread in a square pan lined with baking paper and rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 25–28 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Serving suggestion

Dust with icing sugar and serve with tea.
